Remove Negative Google Reviews
Remove negative Google reviews when they break Google's rules, not just because they sting. We sort your 1- and 2-star reviews into the ones Google may take down and the ones it won't, then report the first group for you.
You pay only if the review is removed. Your price is confirmed in writing before any work starts.

Bad reviews Google can take down
Negative Google review removal never rests on a low rating alone. The review must break a policy, such as:
- Insults, slurs or threats aimed at you or your staff
- An employee's full name tied to personal attacks or private details
- A rant about a different business, a news story or politics
- A review posted in exchange for a discount or a freebie
- The same complaint posted again under another account
Bad reviews that will probably stay
A real customer who says the wait was long or the price was high is sharing an opinion, and Google protects it.
For those, a short, calm reply shows future customers how you handle problems. Our guide How to Respond to a Negative Google Review walks through it.
If the reviewer was never a customer, that's a different case: Remove Fake Google Reviews.
How to remove bad Google reviews yourself
You can report a review from your Business Profile at no cost. Getting the policy reason and evidence right is the hard part.
Pick the policy it breaks
Choose the reason that matches the review.
Report it from your profile
Use the report option on the review and note the date.
Check the status and appeal
If Google declines, appeal with better evidence.
The full do-it-yourself route is in How to Remove a Google Review.
Or hand it off: as a Google negative review removal service, we do all three. Timing depends on each platform's own review process; we tell you what to expect in your audit.
How we handle every review
You pay only if the review is removed
If the review stays up, you owe nothing for that review.
The platform makes the final call
Google and every other platform decide what comes down under their own rules. We prepare the strongest request those rules allow, and no one can promise a removal.
Legitimate routes only
Policy reports, appeals, legal requests when a review may be unlawful, and a public response when a review has to stay. No fake accounts, no mass flagging and no fake reviews.
Price for each review

Questions about negative reviews
Will Google remove a 1-star review with no text?
Only if it breaks a policy, for example if it comes from someone who was never a customer. A rating with no text is otherwise allowed.
Should I reply before reporting?
A short, factual reply is fine and does not hurt the report. Avoid arguing or sharing customer details in public.
Can you remove all my bad reviews at once?
No one can. Each review is judged on its own, so we report only the ones that break a rule.
Send us your worst review
We'll tell you, free, whether it breaks Google's rules.
Request your free review audit
