Remove Bad Reviews on Yelp, Amazon, Airbnb and More
Remove bad reviews on Yelp, Amazon, Airbnb, Facebook, Trustpilot, Glassdoor and Tripadvisor when they break that site's own rules. We read each review against the platform's policy and tell you plainly whether there is a case. The platform makes the final call every time.
You pay only if the review is removed. Your price is confirmed in writing before any work starts.

Each review site has its own rules
Each site publishes its own content policy, reporting tools and appeal options.
A review one site would take down can stay up on another, so we start with the platform's exact rule, not with how unfair the review feels.
We work with businesses across the United States, on the sites below and on Google.
Review sites we work with
Yelp
Reviews that break Yelp's Content Guidelines, such as reviews from competitors, former employees or people who never used the business.
Airbnb
Guest reviews that break Airbnb's Reviews Policy, including retaliatory reviews, extortion and content unrelated to the stay.
Amazon
Seller feedback and product reviews that break Amazon's policies, such as feedback that is really a product review.
Recommendations on your business Page that break Facebook's Community Standards.
Trustpilot
Reviews not based on a genuine experience with your company, or that break Trustpilot's guidelines.
Glassdoor
Employee reviews that break Glassdoor's Community Guidelines, such as reviews that name a non-public individual at the company.
Tripadvisor
Reviews that break Tripadvisor's guidelines, such as reviews from people affiliated with the business or used as leverage by a guest.
Other review sites
These sites don't have their own page here. Send the link anyway, and we tell you whether the site's rules give you a route.
Indeed
To remove Indeed reviews, the review has to break Indeed's guidelines for company reviews, for example by sharing personal details about someone outside their role.
How to remove Indeed reviews that qualify: report the review from its menu with the reason that fits. Honest criticism of a workplace stays up.
Healthgrades
Healthgrades review removal starts with a flag on a review that breaks Healthgrades' guidelines, such as hateful or vulgar language.
Providers who want to remove Healthgrades reviews that are simply critical usually need a calm public reply instead, written with patient privacy rules in mind.
When you can remove negative reviews, and when you can't
- Usually against the rules: fake reviews, competitors or former employees posing as customers, threats, hate speech and private information.
- Depends on the platform: reviews about a different business, an experience that never happened, or content the site treats as off-topic.
- Within the rules: an honest customer's negative opinion, even a harsh one. Here, a calm public reply is the better route.
We tell you which group a review falls into before you commit to anything.
How we handle every review
You pay only if the review is removed
If the review stays up, you owe nothing for that review.
The platform makes the final call
Google and every other platform decide what comes down under their own rules. We prepare the strongest request those rules allow, and no one can promise a removal.
Legitimate routes only
Policy reports, appeals, legal requests when a review may be unlawful, and a public response when a review has to stay. No fake accounts, no mass flagging and no fake reviews.
How a request works on any platform
Send the link
Share the review and any records or messages you have.
Policy check
We match the review to the rule it breaks on that site, if any.
Report and follow up
We prepare the report or appeal through the platform's own process. Timing depends on each platform's own review process; we tell you what to expect in your audit.
The platform decides
The site reviews the request and makes the final call. You pay only if the review is removed.
What it costs
Your price is confirmed in writing before any work starts
The written quote lists what is included and what is not.

Questions about other review sites
Can a bad review be removed from any review site?
Only when it breaks that site's own rules, or when a court orders it. Each platform decides, and an honest negative opinion usually stays up.
Do you also handle Google reviews?
Yes. Google reviews follow Google's own policies and have their own service pages. The same terms apply: you pay only if the review is removed.
Is it legal to have a review removed?
Yes, when the request goes through the platform's own reporting and appeal process or through the courts. Fake accounts, mass flagging and paid reviews break platform rules, and we don't use them.
Not sure if a review breaks the rules?
Send the link and we tell you which platform policy applies, if any, before you pay anything.
Request your free review audit
Send us the review and we reply by email with the audit: whether it breaks the platform's rules, which rule, and the route that fits. No cost to ask.
