Google Review Removal FAQ

Straight answers to the questions business owners ask before they trust anyone with a review. If yours isn't here, the free audit is the direct way to get an answer about your own case.

You pay only if the review is removed. Your price is confirmed in writing before any work starts.

What qualifies for removal

Which reviews does Google remove?

Reviews that break its content policies: fake reviews, reviews from competitors or former employees, off-topic posts, harassment, hate speech and personal information. A negative opinion from a real customer is allowed.

Can I delete a review from my own Business Profile?

No. Owners can reply to a review or report it, but only Google can take it down.

Do you handle sites other than Google?

Yes. Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot and other sites each apply their own rules; see Remove Bad Reviews on Yelp, Amazon, Airbnb and More.

Cost and payment

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of reviews, the route and the platform. You see the price before any work starts, and the details are on Google Review Removal Cost.

When do I pay?

Only if the review is removed. If the platform keeps it up, you owe nothing for that review.

Is the audit free?

Yes, and it doesn't commit you to anything.

Timing and decisions

How long does a report take?

It depends on the platform, and Google doesn't promise a fixed timeline. What to do when a report stalls or is declined is covered in Google Won't Remove a Fake Review? What to Do Next.

Can you promise a review will come down?

No one can. The platform makes the final call, which is why you pay only if the review is removed.

What if Google says no?

If the case is strong, we appeal. When a review states something false as fact, a legal request may be the next step.

What we never do

Do you use fake accounts or mass flagging?

No. Both break platform rules and can put your own profile at risk. We use policy reports, appeals and legal requests only.

Will you contact the reviewer?

No. We never contact or pressure the person who wrote the review.

Can you post positive reviews to push the bad ones down?

No. Buying or writing reviews breaks platform rules and federal rules on fake reviews.

Copy it as it appears. If there are several, paste the one that worries you most.
For example: "no record of this customer", a competitor, an ex-employee.

When you send this form, Remove My Reviews receives your details and shares them with our review removal partner, which prepares your audit. We work with businesses and professionals only. Read how your data is used in our Privacy Policy.
