Yelp Review Removal
Need to remove Yelp reviews that break Yelp's rules? We check each review against Yelp's Content Guidelines, tell you plainly whether it has a case, and report it through Yelp's own process. Yelp makes the final call on every review.
You pay only if the review is removed. Your price is confirmed in writing before any work starts.

What Yelp's Content Guidelines cover
You can't remove reviews from Yelp yourself, and Yelp does not take them down because they are negative. It removes reviews that break its Content Guidelines, and those guidelines are public.
- Conflicts of interest: reviews from competitors, current or former employees, or anyone writing on someone else's behalf.
- Relevance: reviews that don't describe a real consumer experience with the business.
- Inappropriate content: threats, harassment, lewd content and hate speech.
- Privacy: details or photos that expose someone's private information.
Recommended and not recommended reviews
Yelp's automated recommendation software decides which reviews show on your main page. Reviews it does not recommend still exist, but they sit in a separate section and don't count toward your star rating.
Yelp's support team can't move a review in or out of that section on request. A report has to be about a guideline violation, not about where the software placed the review.
How to remove Yelp reviews the right way
Match the review to a guideline
We read the review, the reviewer's public profile and your records, and find the guideline it breaks.
Report it from your business account
Yelp lets owners report a review from their Yelp for Business account. The report should name the guideline and stick to facts.
Respond publicly if it stays
If Yelp keeps the review, a short, factual reply is usually the next step. Timing depends on each platform's own review process; we tell you what to expect in your audit.
Honest reviews we won't try to take down
Owners often ask how to remove negative Yelp reviews that are harsh but real. If an actual customer describes an actual visit, Yelp's guidelines protect that review, and we tell you so in the audit.
We never create accounts, ask others to flag a review, or offer the reviewer anything to delete it. Any Yelp review removal service should be able to name the guideline a review breaks before it asks you for anything.
How we handle every review
You pay only if the review is removed
If the review stays up, you owe nothing for that review.
The platform makes the final call
Google and every other platform decide what comes down under their own rules. We prepare the strongest request those rules allow, and no one can promise a removal.
Legitimate routes only
Policy reports, appeals, legal requests when a review may be unlawful, and a public response when a review has to stay. No fake accounts, no mass flagging and no fake reviews.

Yelp questions from business owners
Does advertising on Yelp change which reviews are removed?
No. Yelp states that advertisers get no special treatment in how reviews are recommended or removed.
Will Yelp remove a review just because it is unfair?
Not on that basis alone. Yelp removes reviews that break its Content Guidelines; an honest opinion from a real customer usually stays, even when it is harsh.
Do I pay anything if Yelp keeps the review?
No. You pay only if the review is removed, and the audit that tells you whether there is a case is free.
