Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information this website collects, why, who receives it and what choices you have.

Who we are
This website, removemyreviews.com, is operated by Daemon Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us”), under the brand Remove My Reviews. It helps businesses ask Google and other review platforms to remove reviews that break the platform’s rules or the law.
If you have a question about this policy or about your information, email [email protected] or send it through our free review audit form, and say that it is a privacy request.
Information we collect
When you fill in the free review audit form, we collect the information you choose to give us, such as:
- Your name, your business name and your email address.
- Your phone number, if you provide it, and whether you agree to be called or texted about your request.
- Links to your business profile and to the reviews you want us to look at.
- Any details you add about the reviews or your situation.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it from misuse.
How we use your information
- To review the reviews you sent and tell you which routes, if any, are open for each one.
- To contact you about your request by email, and by phone or text only if you agreed to it.
- To prepare and follow up on reports, appeals or other requests to the platform if you decide to go ahead.
- To keep records of your request and to meet legal obligations.
- To keep the website working and secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
To handle your request, we share it with our review removal partner, who uses it only for that purpose.
If you go ahead, the review platform receives the information needed to process each report or appeal, such as the link to the review and the reason it breaks the platform’s rules. If a legal route is used, the attorney handling it receives the information needed for that work.
We also use service providers that help us run the website and handle messages, such as hosting, spam protection, form processing and email delivery. They process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Calls, texts and email
We call or text you about your request only if you check the separate consent box on the form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
Emails about your request are service messages. If we ever send you marketing email, it will identify us, include our postal address and give you a simple way to unsubscribe, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires, and we will honor your request promptly.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not let other companies track your activity across websites. If that changes, we will update this policy before it happens.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this website does not track visitors across websites, it does not change how it works when it receives that signal.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need it to handle it and to meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us through the free review audit form; tell us what you need. Depending on the state where you live, you may have other privacy rights under state law, and you can use the same form to make a request.
If you agreed to calls or texts, you can withdraw that consent at any time, for example by replying STOP to a text message or by telling us through the form.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
