Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use this website or ask us to work on a review. Please read them before you send a request.

Who we are
This website and the service it describes are operated by Daemon Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us”), under the brand Remove My Reviews. By using the website or sending a request, you agree to these terms.
What we do
We look at reviews of your business on Google and other platforms and tell you which ones may break the platform’s rules or the law. If you decide to go ahead, we prepare and follow up on the reports, appeals and other requests that the platform’s own processes allow.
We are not a law firm, and nothing on this website is legal advice. If a legal route makes sense, it is handled by a licensed attorney.
The platform makes the final call
Google and every other review platform decide for themselves whether a review comes down. We have no control over those decisions, and no one can promise that a review will be removed or how long a platform will take to decide.
What we never do
- Create fake accounts or post fake reviews, positive or negative.
- Flag a review in bulk or ask other people to report it.
- Pay or pressure reviewers, or offer them anything to change or delete a review.
- Use any method that breaks a platform’s rules or the law.
Payment
You pay only if the review is removed. Your price is confirmed in writing before any work starts, and the written quote lists what is included and what is not.
Your responsibilities
- You are the owner of the business or authorized to act for it.
- The information you give us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- You will not ask us to remove a review only because it is negative, or to use any method listed above.
We may decline a request at any time, including when a review does not appear to break any rule or law.
Third-party platforms
Google, Yelp and the other platforms named on this website are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, and their own terms apply to your profile and reviews.
Website content
The guides and other content on this website are general information. They may not fit your situation and can become out of date when a platform changes its rules.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made by review platforms, for reviews that stay online, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If you have a question about these terms, email [email protected] or send it through our free review audit form.
