Amazon Review Removal for Sellers
Remove Amazon reviews and seller feedback that break Amazon's policies, from the seller's side. We check each one against Amazon's published rules and help you request removal through Amazon's own tools. Buyers who want to change their own review can do that from their Amazon account.
You pay only if the review is removed. Your price is confirmed in writing before any work starts.

Seller feedback and product reviews are different
Seller feedback rates you as a seller: shipping, packaging and customer service. Product reviews rate the item itself and appear on the product page.
Each follows its own rules and its own request path. The first step is knowing which one you are dealing with.
Feedback Amazon may remove
Amazon says it generally does not remove feedback just because it is negative or the problem was later solved. It does remove feedback in these cases:
- Obscene or profane language.
- Seller-specific personal information, such as email addresses, full names or phone numbers.
- Feedback that is entirely a product review.
- On orders fulfilled by Amazon, comments only about delivery or customer service, which Amazon may strike through and take responsibility for.
Product reviews that break Amazon's Community Guidelines
Product reviews have to be about the product. Reviews about the seller, the shipping or the price, promotional content, reviews tied to a conflict of interest and offensive content go against Amazon's Community Guidelines.
To remove fake Amazon reviews, such as a review from a competitor, the request needs evidence, not a hunch.
How sellers should request a removal
Identify the type
Feedback or product review, plus the order ID or the product listing.
Match it to the policy
We name the rule it breaks, or tell you it doesn't break one.
Request through Amazon's tools
Feedback goes through Seller Central; product reviews are reported to Amazon for its own review. Timing depends on each platform's own review process; we tell you what to expect in your audit.
Never make the buyer an offer
Amazon does not allow sellers to offer money back, free products or anything else in exchange for changing or removing a review.
How we handle every review
You pay only if the review is removed
If the review stays up, you owe nothing for that review.
The platform makes the final call
Google and every other platform decide what comes down under their own rules. We prepare the strongest request those rules allow, and no one can promise a removal.
Legitimate routes only
Policy reports, appeals, legal requests when a review may be unlawful, and a public response when a review has to stay. No fake accounts, no mass flagging and no fake reviews.
Price for an Amazon review request
Your price is confirmed in writing before any work starts

Questions from Amazon sellers
Can a seller delete an Amazon review?
No. Only Amazon or the customer who wrote it can remove a review or feedback. Sellers can ask Amazon to remove one that breaks its policies.
What happens to feedback about a late delivery on an order fulfilled by Amazon?
If the comment is only about delivery or Amazon's customer service, Amazon may strike it through and take responsibility for that experience.
Do I pay anything if Amazon keeps the review?
No. You pay only if the review is removed.
