## How to remove bad Google reviews yourself

You can report a review from your Business Profile at no cost. Getting the policy reason and evidence right is the hard part.

1. **Pick the policy it breaks.** Choose the reason that matches the review.
2. **Report it from your profile.** Use the report option on the review and note the date.
3. **Check the status and appeal.** If Google declines, appeal with better evidence.

## Questions about negative reviews

### Will Google remove a 1-star review with no text?

Only if it breaks a policy, for example if it comes from someone who was never a customer. A rating with no text is otherwise allowed.

### Should I reply before reporting?

A short, factual reply is fine and does not hurt the report. Avoid arguing or sharing customer details in public.

### Can you remove all my bad reviews at once?
