# Google Review Removal Cost

Google review removal cost here comes down to one rule: you pay only if the review is removed. The audit is free, and you see the price before any work starts.

You pay only if the review is removed. Your price is confirmed in writing before any work starts.

## Starting price

Your price is confirmed in writing before any work starts

The written quote lists what is included and what is not.

## What you pay for, and when

1. **Audit: free.** We tell you whether the review breaks a policy.
2. **Written quote.** If it has a case, you get the price in writing and decide.
3. **Report and appeal.** Nothing is charged while the platform decides.
4. **Payment on removal.** You're billed only for reviews the platform has taken down.

## What is covered and what is not

The four steps above are covered, including an appeal when the platform declines a strong case. Not covered:

- Reviews that break no policy: we say so and don't take them on
- Attorney fees on a legal route, agreed directly with the attorney
- Posting new reviews or burying a real one

If the platform puts a removed review back up, how that is handled is set out in your written quote before any work starts.

Review management has its own price and is not pay-on-removal: $99 a month for each Google Business Profile, billed monthly. Taxes may apply depending on your state. See [Review Management Service for Your Google Reviews](https://removemyreviews.com/services/review-management-service/).

## What changes the price

The quote depends on:

- How many reviews you want reviewed and reported
- The route: a policy report, or a legal request that also involves an attorney
- The platform, since each one has its own process
- How much evidence has to be gathered

## Is it worth paying for review removal?

That depends on how much one review weighs on your average. With few reviews, a single 1-star can drop your rating noticeably; with hundreds, much less.

Check your own numbers with the [Google Review Calculator](https://removemyreviews.com/google-review-calculator/) before you decide.

## Your three options

If a review breaks the rules, you can go three ways.

### Do it yourself

- Cost: free
- What it takes: picking the right policy, reporting and appealing
- Best for: obvious cases, like profanity or spam
- Who decides: the platform

### Ask the reviewer

- Cost: free
- What it takes: a calm reply, with nothing offered in return
- Best for: a real customer with a fixable problem
- Who decides: the reviewer

### Hire a service

- Cost: Your price is confirmed in writing before any work starts; with us, only if it's removed
- What it takes: sending the link
- Best for: several reviews, an unclear case or a declined report
- Who decides: still the platform

## How we handle every review

- **You pay only if the review is removed.** If the review stays up, you owe nothing for that review.
- **The platform makes the final call.** Google and every other platform decide what comes down under their own rules. We prepare the strongest request those rules allow, and no one can promise a removal.
- **Legitimate routes only.** Policy reports, appeals, legal requests when a review may be unlawful, and a public response when a review has to stay. No fake accounts, no mass flagging and no fake reviews.

## Red flags when hiring someone to remove reviews

Be careful with anyone who:

- Promises a review will come down, or by a set date
- Wants full payment before looking at the review
- Can't name the policy it breaks
- Uses fake accounts, mass flagging or fake positive reviews
- Asks for your account password
- Pays or pressures the reviewer to delete it

## Questions about cost

### Can you pay to remove Google reviews?

Not to Google: no platform sells review removal. What you pay for is the work of checking, reporting and appealing a review that breaks the rules, and only if it comes down.

### How much does it cost to remove a Google review?

It depends on the number of reviews, the route and the platform. You see the price before any work starts, and you pay only if the review is removed.

### Do I pay anything if the review stays up?

No. If the platform keeps the review, you owe nothing for it.
