## Create your review link

Paste your Place ID, or the review link from your Business Profile to get only its QR code.

This tool needs JavaScript. Without it, build the link by hand: https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid= followed by your Place ID.

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to us or saved.

## How to get your Google review link

1. Google's own route: in your Business Profile, open Read reviews, then Get more reviews, and copy the link. Google explains it in [Create a Google link or QR code to request reviews](https://support.google.com/business/answer/16816815).
2. With your Place ID: find your business in Google's [Place ID Finder](https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/places-placeid-finder), copy the ID and paste it above.

Both open the same review box. The generator is a shortcut when you aren't signed in to the profile.

## A QR code for Google reviews, made for screens

The QR code holds the same link, so customers scan it with a phone camera. Paste the link from your profile and it works as a Google review QR code generator on its own.

- Show it on your phone or tablet at the end of a visit
- Add it to emails and your website's thank-you page
- In texts, send the link itself: tapping beats scanning

## Before you send it

- Open the link yourself first. It should show your profile with the review box open.
- Customers must be signed in to a Google Account. If they aren't, Google asks them to sign in first.
- Google can change a Place ID over time. If the link stops working, generate it again.

## Ask every customer, and offer nothing for it

Google's [prohibited and restricted content policy](https://support.google.com/contributionpolicy/answer/7400114) doesn't allow rewards for reviews or asking only happy customers. The FTC's [rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465)](https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-16/chapter-I/subchapter-D/part-465) bans fake reviews and rewards tied to a positive review.

Send the link to every real customer. For when and how to ask, read [How to Get More Google Reviews From Real Customers](https://removemyreviews.com/guides/how-to-get-more-google-reviews/); to see how many you need, try the [Google Review Calculator](https://removemyreviews.com/google-review-calculator/).

## Rather not do it yourself?

Our [Review Management Service for Your Google Reviews](https://removemyreviews.com/services/review-management-service/) sends the requests and drafts replies to new reviews. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Already have a review that breaks Google's rules? A free audit tells you if it can be reported. You pay only if the review is removed.
